Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay – all processed securely via Stripe. We also accept PayPal. If you’d like to pay by bank transfer or cryptocurrency, please email moc.sbalelcsumxamobfsctd@troppus and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll update the address for you. Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we can cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible and our returns policy applies.

I ordered the wrong product. What can I do?
Contact us straight away. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can amend it. If it has already been dispatched, you can return the unopened, sealed item within 14 days under our returns policy.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does UK delivery take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2 working days of dispatch. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 PM arrives the next working day.

How long does international delivery take?
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive within 5-7 working days, excluding customs processing time. Customs clearance times vary by country and can range from 1 to 15 working days, although in most cases parcels are processed more quickly.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – free shipping is available on all orders over £70. Below that threshold, shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked mailing boxes with no branding or product indication on the outside. Inside, you’ll find our standard Max Muscle Labs branded bottles.

How is my international order packaged?
For international shipments, we relabel our products as “multivitamins” and declare a low product value to minimise the risk of delays and reduce any potential import duties. The original product label is tucked inside the packaging – please check between the bottom flaps of the box before discarding it. We send detailed instructions by email when your order is dispatched.

My international parcel seems to be stuck in customs. What should I do?
Customs inspections are beyond our control and can take anywhere from a few days up to 10-15 days. In most cases, parcels are released without issue. If you believe your parcel has been held for an unusually long time, please get in touch and we’ll investigate.

Are there customs duties or import taxes on international orders?
Some countries charge customs duties or import taxes on incoming goods. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. We take all reasonable steps to keep any duties minimal.

My parcel is being held at a Royal Mail depot and I can’t collect it. What do I do?
We recommend contacting your local Royal Mail depot directly during their opening hours to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or to redirect the parcel to a nearby Post Office or collection point. Royal Mail typically holds parcels for around 10 days before returning them.

What happens if my package is lost?
If a package is lost due to a carrier error, we will reship your order free of charge. If a package is lost or returned because of an incorrect address you provided, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Products & Quality

What purity are your products?
All of our compounds are tested to a minimum of 99% purity. Each batch undergoes two independent rounds of analysis: first by our manufacturing partner ARCHEM in their in-house laboratory, and then by an accredited third-party laboratory using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography).

Who manufactures your products?
Our products are manufactured exclusively by ARCHEM, a UK-based biotech company specialising in the synthesis of research-grade compounds. We are an official ARCHEM partner with direct oversight of manufacturing standards.

What testing do you carry out?
Every batch is tested for compound identity, purity (≥99%), concentration, absence of heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), residual solvents, and microbial contamination. Results are documented in a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and an independent HPLC report.

Do you provide COAs and HPLC reports?
Yes. Every batch comes with a COA from ARCHEM and an independent HPLC report from a third-party lab. These documents are included as product inserts in every parcel (this applies only to UK orders). All testing documentation is also available on the corresponding product page and Quality Control page.

Can I see a COA before placing an order?
Of course. COAs and HPLC chromatograms are published on each product page and Quality Control page.

Can you help me understand the COA or HPLC report?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure how to read the results, simply email moc.sbalelcsumxamobfsctd@troppus with your batch number and we’ll provide a clear explanation of what the data means.

How many tablets are in each bottle?
Every bottle contains 100 tablets (pellets). This gives up to 70% more active ingredient per bottle compared to the market average.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All products have a shelf life of 24 months when stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Each bottle is labelled with a batch number and expiry date. Refrigeration is not required but can help prolong stability.

How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and moisture, with the lid tightly sealed. For optimal stability, storage at 2–8°C is recommended. Keep away from children and unauthorised persons.

A product I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?
Stock availability depends on the supply of raw chemical components, which can sometimes be disrupted. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page and we’ll email you the moment it’s available.

Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

What is your returns policy?
You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition. Items that have been opened or show signs of tampering cannot be returned for safety and quality-control reasons.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, an equivalent alternative, or a full refund depending on your preference and product availability.

What is the 60-day money-back guarantee?
If a product doesn’t meet your research expectations, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The product must be returned (even if opened), and you’ll need to explain the issue so we can investigate.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked service. For returns caused by our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we’ll reimburse your return postage or provide a prepaid label.

How long do refunds take? Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Legal & Compliance

Are SARMs legal to buy in the UK?
SARMs are not licensed for general sale and must not be marketed for human consumption in the UK. However, they are legal to purchase and possess for legitimate laboratory and research purposes when supplied by registered research-chemical vendors. We do not provide legal advice and recommend that customers check the regulations in their own jurisdiction before ordering.

Are your products approved for human consumption?
No. All products sold by Max Muscle Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not medicines, food supplements, or therapeutic substances, and have not been approved by the MHRA, FDA, or EMA.

Do you provide dosing guidance?
No. We do not offer dosing advice, usage protocols, or any content that implies human use. Our products are sold exclusively for in-vitro or analytical research purposes.

Can SARMs be detected on a drug test?
Yes. SARMs are classified as prohibited substances by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) and will be detected in anti-doping and workplace drug screenings.
